Flat Circle
A small prototype for a time-based and turn-based RPG, where every step matters!
You have 50 turns to explore, collect and fight equipment for the next round. Whenever you pick up equipment, you can equip it in your loadout, but it removes turns equal to how many turns it took to acquire.
WASD for movement, Q/E to rotate throughout equipment that you pick up. Left mouse button to attack or use the currently held item. Space to skip your turn.
The first item you will have is the teleport-home ability. Use it anywhere to return to the last checkpoint, or use it near a checkpoint to warp between them. Equipment can be changed at these checkpoints by hitting enter to open the loadout screen.
Moving the mouse will show where your next strike with you weapon will be, with different weapons having different patterns.
Blue crosses for your strikes, red for enemies... but watch out! Some opponents can strike faster than you, whereas others will wind up for destructive blows! Each step you take or action you take, the enemies will move in response!
